The 5th Italian Meeting on Probability and Mathematical Statistics (IMPMS 2026)

(Palermo, Italy – June 8–12, 2026)

The meeting is an international scientific event organized by the University of Palermo , the PRISMA  Group of the Italian Mathematical Union (UMI), and the Palermo Association of Mathematics and Computer Science (PAMCS).

It represents a major scientific meeting dedicated to research in probability, mathematical statistics, and related fields. The conference will bring together scholars, researchers, and young talents from Italian and international universities and research centers, fostering the exchange of ideas, scientific collaborations, and new research perspectives.

n addition to plenary lectures, the scientific program includes 80 contributed sessions, each consisting of 4 presentations, reflecting the broad participation and vitality of the scientific community involved.

The invited speakers are:  Francesca Biagini, Stefano Favaro, Franco Flandoli, Silvio Micali e Giuseppe Savaré.  

Through this support campaign, you may contribute concretely to the realization of the conference by supporting:
